These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all breathwork sessions and services offered by Violetta Laura Brack, VIO pura vida.
By booking a session, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Offer
I offer breathwork sessions in individual and/or group settings.
The sessions serve for self-experience, perception and regulation.
The services offered do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic or healing treatment and do not replace such treatment.
3. Participation & Personal Responsibility
Participation in a breathwork session is at your own risk.
Participants are responsible for realistically assessing their physical and mental health and informing me of any relevant health limitations or special circumstances before the session.
4. Self-disclosure & declaration of consent
Before the first breathwork session, participants receive a self-disclosure and consent form.
Participation in a session requires a fully completed and signed document.
5. Health Information
Breathwork can trigger intense physical and emotional processes.
If you have existing health problems, uncertainties, or are undergoing medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, it is recommended that you consult with a relevant professional before participating.
6. Appointments, Cancellations & Payment
Booked appointments are binding.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
Payment will be made in accordance with the agreement communicated in each case.
7. Liability
Within the framework of the statutory provisions, I am liable exclusively for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
No liability is accepted for damages resulting from the disregard of personal responsibility or incomplete information provided by the participants.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the provider's place of residence.
10. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
